Daily Duties at Atwood Lake Resort & Golf Club:

Sales point of contact for all Corporate, SMERF, & Golf business in the surrounding areas and the region for our Resort. Conduct all sales site visits. Sell events that meet the client’s needs while being creative, maintaining profitability (revenue generation). Communicate with front office on sales contracts and the coordinating, monitoring of room blocks I have entered in Opera and any special reservation needs. Implement marketing plans for the region to include Trade Shows, Golf Shows, Corporate Conferences, Marketing • Program coordinator and consultant to produce accurate and timely preparation of BEO’s & MEO’s, audio visual set-up and strike, meeting set-up diagrams, group resumes, invoicing, budgets, P&L, financial reporting. Systematically establish, build and maintain positive relationships with clients Establish a positive and professional presence and rapport with internal and external customers Foster teamwork and communication between all divisions within the meeting venue, Training and mentor ships for all staff in the restaurant, banquet and lounge departments on proper customer service. Reporting of inventories and ordering of products. Data management, group reservations, travel and reporting Customer relations, sales and complaint resolution
