Daily Duties at Global Benefit Solutions, Inc.:
An insurance brokerage firm specializing in health insurance and other Employee Benefit Welfare Plans in all 50 states and 18 countries. Providing both Expats and Local Nationals with welfare programs that wrapped the local national health program. I worked with Aetna International, CIGNA International and BUPA International (a European Insurer based in the United Kingdom) At the time of its sale I had achieved $37 million plus in annual premiums with an annual client retention rate of 92%+. I expanded the Company product portfolio from strictly insurance products to include Federal and State Compliance Consulting as well as Human Resource Consulting. Developed an Insurance Carrier Consulting Division. Some of the insurers we provided services to were AIG, BCBS of TX, Humana, United Healthcare, Aetna, MetLife and The Standard Developed a Third Party Administration Division I assisted in the writing of the Texas MAP and Medicaid benefits
