Daily Duties at Etmg, Llc:
Built ETMG, LLC into one of the first private healthcare exchanges for 1099 contract employees. The first client I brought on board was Keller Williams Realty with its 80,000 independent realtors. During my tenure, the firm went from start-up to an annual premium of $40 million plus. Responsible for the creation of the policy product sold as well as development of the system used to market, sell and service the client base. Responsible for selling the concept to the insurance carriers in order to obtain stop loss and to use their paper, name and license. I negotiated with the Texas Department of Insurance in order to be able to establish a group plan for sole proprietors. I was responsible for taking the company from offering plans only in Texas to 46 states. Hired by Texas to audit the plan and operations of a State Run Health Plan
