Full Time employee from 2000-2007 and contractor from 2007-Present. Brought onboard as IT Business Analyst to improve current sales force and operations workflow. Overhauled the network, phone systems and computer systems. Became the product/project manager for development of their internal tools and website. Handled all their search engine optimization, pay per click and analytics once the website was complete.
