Daily Duties at Whirlpool Corporation:
Manager of Electronics strategy for NAR. In addition, led the development of Whirlpool's Global Tier II Electronics component strategy. As more than 80% of Whirlpool's electronic & electromechanical spend will come through assemblies, responsible for development of our Integration (including modules) strategy. Developed Whirlpool's Global integration/assembly strategy. Strategy included the development of IMD/IML molding strategies, developing a paint supply base, and the creation of an integration "Should-Cost" model. In 4 years, responsible for over $100M in cost reductions. More specifically, led Whirlpool's merger & acquisition strategy for Electronics. Strategy yielded more than $30M vs a pre-merger business case of $2M.
