 Delivered excellence in C-level / executive-level relations support within a fast-paced information technology environment, including proactively assisting professionals with firm-wide management of a 200-member staff, as well as handling all personnel recordkeeping practices (e.g. vacation, personal / occasional absence, travel expense reports).  Coordinated logistics and materials for board and committee meetings and staff events, along with managing schedules and preparing and distributing key information and serving as corporate liaison between multiple departments.  Compiled annual recommendations for EOY budgets, and further managed office supplies ordering and vendor relations.  Drove core growth by supporting staff in screening applicant resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring.
