 Coordinates efforts among multiple state and federal agencies.  Designs programmatic policies and assists with implementation.  Assists the state with effective management of contracted vendors.  Develops and facilitates trainings via PowerPoint for Marketplace Guides.  Coordinates meetings between the State agencies, Marketplace stakeholders, and Guide Organizations.  Facilitates statewide stakeholder meetings.  Analyzes current benefit offerings and state mandates in comparison to the expected essential health benefits package.  Analyzes options for governance and administrative structures and functions  Identifies funding opportunities to support Marketplace sustainability and recommends action plans for the State.
