Daily Duties at Sodexo, Inc.:

Scheduled audits across all sites to ensure compliance on an organizational level; prepared corporate procedures to ensure standardization across all sites. Shared the responsibility for receiving and investigating product quality complaints related to food manufacturers and distributors. Assisted with establishing auditing protocol with a coordinated 3rd party firm to assure all food suppliers (manufacturers and distributors) are inspected for GMPs and any pertinent regulatory laws or sanitary codes.
