Daily Duties at Us Foods:
Acted as liaison between facility management and USDA inspectors at U.S. Foods beef, veal, pork and lamb distribution center. Ensured products met U.S. Foods corporate standards for quality. Planned, directed and coordinated facility quality assurance programs and helped formulate quality control policies. Proactively worked to improve efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
