Daily Duties at Sap Labs:

Engaged with dissatisfied customers and changed their perception toward SAP user experience. Reduced number of escalations and won back major customers from cloud competitors as a team effort. Responsible for user experience during all phases of product development. Created new efficient processes and exceptional end-user experience through Design Thinking methodology. Worked closely with product development, product management, usability engineers and technical support to create solutions using user-centered design. Extensive praxis with quantitative research, field and market research, as well as questionnaires. Created user research scripts and usability deliverables such as personas, storyboards, user research reports, usability validation reports. Designed and conducted numerous usability studies that helped re-design workflows and screens. Led ASUG (America’s SAP User Group) validation sessions with customers. Tested proposed designs and fed results back into development and design. Translated research findings into actionable, prioritized recommendations so that product development could implement action items. Worked with customers on process flow, proposed design, and KPI.
