Software Development Life Cycle Manager in SAP AppHaus for consumer grade mobile applications. Tirelessly juggled between quick “release-to-customer" 90-day cycles and SAP’s stringent product standards and governance programs. Start-up like environment ensured close collaboration with solution management, development, designers and customers. Collaborated successfully with governance, design, and development teams, while negotiating disparate individuals and goals. ● Influenced modification of PIL process, allowing product owners to determine compliance on each quality product standard requirement. ● Delivered consumer grade applications: Recalls Plus - a retail app / 52K downloads, photoTribe - a photo sharing app / 4k downloads, and SAP RealSpend – a business app / 12K downloads --- on Apple iTunes store. ● Co-located with multi-disciplinary team in start-up like environment allowed for efficient and instant ability for collaboration – as the success of rapid product releases depended on it. ● Worked with team on release of consumer applications from idea to market in 90 days, resulting in improving perception of SAP’s portfolio.
