User Experience Program Manager, Design and Co-Innovation Center, Palo Alto, CA 2014-2015 Managed design projects, delivered design proposals, resource management for design thinkers, designers and researchers, provided support during project in start-up like Innovation Center at SAP. Maintained and strengthened innovative partnerships. Executed on user experience goals / strategy. Worked closely with sales, marketing, product management and development, and other stakeholders. Combined knowledge of all team disciplines for successful research, design, and project deliverables. Resource management for our researchers and designers. Act as glue for the team. • Drove exceptional user experience by selling design services that led to recurring engagements with customers, and multiple up-sell opportunities for sales team. • Generated ~20 Mio USD license revenue and helped enable SAP’s largest insurance win at $120M USD (China) with team effort. • Set-up internal and external customers with design thinking workshops and validation sessions, and increased project pipeline by 142%.
