Daily Duties at Alliance Redwoods:
• Coordinated all retreat planning for contract fulfillment of multiple groups per week. • Provided logistical details for up to 500 overnight guest plus day use groups. • Established and chaired weekly coordination meetings with department heads and provided oversight to the front desk. • Served as the point of contact for each group ensuring all requirements were met. • Resolved occasional conflicts between groups. • Received and processed each groups final payment prior to departure. • Analyzed all feedback for constructive action.
