Daily Duties at Radio One:
Developed benefit and compensation management function to support organizational goals including the development of policies, procedures and management practices. Managed the administration of benefit and compensation function. Development and negotiation of new benefit plan design and cost with vendors. Developed formal compensation program to address salary structures, marketing pricing, incentives, bonus and total rewards. Revising performance management program to align the organization, team and individual effort to the achievement of business goals.
