Daily Duties at Cision/Vocus:
Presided over HR functions for software as a service (SAAS) organization specializing in marketing and public relations. Reported directly to Chief HR Officer and led team of up to 20 employees including HR Manager, HR Generalists, HR Administrator, and recruiting personnel. Designed and implemented HR services and programs in alignment with company’s business strategies. Guided all areas in support of employment lifecycle encompassing workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, HRIS, and benefits and compensation administration.
