In charge of positioning PSI at the forefront of the vocational education industry. Developed strategic plans, marketing, and promotion to drive gross revenues, reduce expenses and advance the company's mission, vision profitability and growth as an organization. Also responsible for overseeing company operations contractors, staff and the day-to-day administration and financial position of the company. Improved production and performance efficiency, quality, service and cost effective sales and management of resources. Worked closely with state agencies, local leadership, politicians, non-profits, community organizations and business leaders to provide excellence in education and the application of career and skills training and development.
