Provide leadership, training, coaching and motivate a staff of 45+ including Managers. Merchandising, floor moved, business analyst, business recap, visual merchandising, customer reviews, meeting and walk thru, with managers and executive. Interviews, recruiting, hiring. Associates and managers reviews, 30/60/90's and schedulers.
