Managed and maintained budget funding, resulting in on time grant appropriations spending by 99.8% -100% Increased monthly client assessments and provision of services by more than 80% Prepared grant funding proposals and reports, receiving 15% program award increase in funding from 2009-2011 Served on various Morris County social service committees, providing leadership support Developed and designed a “How To” instructional publication guide assisting caregivers with early stages Alzheimer’s disease and home health safety tips for the Alzheimer’s Association of Morris County Facilitated partnerships with community organizations, non-profits, and other local social service agencies Developed and monitored goals for staff of 40+ individuals as well as provided ongoing feedback and training Conducted annual performance reviews Researched community needs for the development of innovative programs Advocated for the disabled and aging in place individuals who needed assistance and information regarding social service programs available Experienced in the credentialing process for the achievement of official recognition and accreditation awarded by COA (Council on Accreditation) Responsible for program data reporting, evaluated measures of services ensuring client satisfaction Developed presentation material for grant funding committees Community HIV awareness presentations
