Daily Duties at International City County Management Association (Icma):
Serve as an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team focusing on strategic planning and implementation of human capital goals and objectives. Plan and direct all human resources functions for a professional membership association of over 9,000 members with up to $20M in Federal Contracts. Responsibilities include employee relations, staffing, job analysis, benefits administration, coordinating the recruitment process, and developing, implementing and interpreting personnel policies and procedures. Train internal staff in management skills and techniques as well as performance evaluation preparation and delivery. Provide career development counseling.
