Daily Duties at Tek Systems:
• Provided System Administrator support for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) project (2nd of 3 levels); implemented Dept. of Defense and Dept. of the Navy security requirements. • Resolved hundreds of trouble tickets in non-secured and secured networks utilizing Remedy and Guardian Edge software. • Collaborated with consultants and other specialists; allocated and utilized resources efficiently; and maintained a co-operative, motivated and successful team. • Performed complex diagnostics, maintenance, alignment, calibration and overhauls on both hardware and software on a variety of systems. • Streamlined support processes and improved productivity through effective reporting, prioritization and customer communication.
