• Implemented integrated IA solutions for the Defense Health Administration in close collaboration with managers; analyzed systems and engineered innovative and appropriate solutions. • Oversaw system configuration, account maintenance, security, user access and data management. • Maintained Symantec Host Based Security System across worldwide domain containing 1000+ servers and 10,000+ client PCs. • Instituted Information Assurance Security through daily network and system scans. • Developed security procedures; designed Configuration Protocols to meet evolving requirements. • Strong expertise in software and hardware support, including design specifications, deployment, analysis, repairs, images, backups, updates, restorations, workflows, customizations, administration and tuning. • Performed QA reviews; checked, tracked and monitored performance metrics; ensured system security and availability across all enclaves.
