• Leading team of 40 in developing and maintaining application for North American insurance company. • Execute enhancements and end-to-end resource and delivery management for enterprise-wide IT asset management, learning management system, financial statistical reporting, HR, payroll, procurement, inventory management, and additional systems. • Steer all aspects of project management and change management including pricing enhancements, schedules, budgets, scope, and requirements. • Conduct performance reviews and recommend salary increases, bonuses, and promotions for exceptional staff performance. • Interview prospective new hires and recommend hiring decisions based on company guidelines. • Train, coach, and evaluate employees to enhance performance, development, workflow, and output.
