Lead two technology high schools simultaneously, one a large on-line alternative high school and the other a 205 student one on one computer based project high school. I was responsible for curriculum, teacher hiring, evaluation, budget, discipline, building supervision, safety, drills, coordination of services, special education monitoring, athletic director of sports teams, and bus driver, score keeper, summer school organization, student recruitment, parent training and communication, data, state reporting, professional development and school improvement training of staff, leader of staff meetings, participant in district initiatives, administrative leadership, and all board meetings.
