Daily Duties at Buckingham Compnaies:
• Responsible for four properties; Fieldstone Apartments Phase 1 and 2 , The Langston, The Village at Stetson Square – 957 beds • Responsible for all areas of property management of Luxury Student and Multi-Family apartment complexes • Leased up brand new 604 unit complex at Cleveland State University at 95% at opening 8/1/2013. • New construction and lease up experience • Report to owners monthly on financial and physical status of property • Responsible for preparing all annual budgets for current properties • Responsible for all oversight and completion of capital improvement projects • Developed Marketing plan that stabilized occupancy at 97% for last three years • Exceeded NOI each year for last three years by 7% • Created TURN program for apartment turns in summertime to maximize efficiency and total lease value • Responsible for a staff of 19 • Negotiate all vendor contracts to maximize budget efficiency
