Daily Duties at Performance Team:
Manage high level customer service. Oversee all accounts, hire and train employees along with floor operations per each account. Monitor daily inbound receiving, staging, put away, pick pack and out bounding on accounts. Discuss and plan daily labor staffing with onsite staffing agencies. Setup daily office work schedules and vacations for office associates. Control office and warehouse supply orders. Handle vendor and carrier complaints.
