Daily Duties at Chicago Public School:

I championed internal and external change at one of the most highly visible public sector organizations in the country through technology enablement. Lead BA for both iSupplier and Oracle OBIEE (KPI and financial operations reporting) while leveraging six sigma techniques to reduce technical support of the procurement applications. * Worked with business users to elicit business requirements, functional and non-functional cost containment requirements, and use cases to implement and maintain a continuous process improvement. * Conducted end-user meetings to review current business processes and requirement gathering. Analyzed user requirements and functional specifications to create test plans, test cases and test procedures for testing. * Business Intelligence reporting - Defined Relative Headings for Oracle OBIEE Reports and interactive dashboards, Content Sets, Display Groups and Display Sets for OBIEE Reports. * iSupplier Portal hyper care - Resolved vendor related technical issues pertaining to the iSupplier Portal; worked across the organization to improve vendor communication and ease of use. * SQL Reporting - Executed and modified SQL queries to retrieve purchasing and spend related data from Oracle database. * Oracle Service Request - worked with Oracle Support to resolve application issues (related to Oracle iProcurement, encumbrance accounting and Oracle AME). * HR Purchasing Hierarchy - Troubleshoot and support of purchasing and grant workflows requiring detailed review of setups maintained in HRMS (PeopleSoft) to ensure appropriate approval limits and workflow sequence; ensured workflow flow capability aligned with organization hierarchy, setup within Oracle AME by workflow rules. * Training and Instructional Documentation - Conducted training sessions for iProcurement, training CPS business users on key iProcurement features; created system deliverables including user-manuals for user procedures for post implementation support.
