Daily Duties at Matthews Center:

Responsible for business administration of a real estate development start-up. Operated in the capacity of business partner/advisor to the CEO. Accountable for risk management, budgeting, revenue growth, profitability and staffing. Directed the day to day operations of the physical infrastructure, system maintenance, contract management, legal affairs, purchasing and procurement. Streamlined administrative and financial systems, including financial accounting, legal, information technology, human resources, and maintenance. Responsible for cost containment, cost reduction and cost efficiencies. Directed and participated in strategic planning, performance evaluation and professional development. Reviewed and approved the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting materials.
