Daily Duties at Healthcare Services Group, Inc:

Develop and implement strategic plan and vision for region while maintaining corporate integrity. Manage and mentor 15 District Managers. Oversee 125+ facilities, representing $34M in annual revenue. Create and manage annual budgets aligned with business plan. Responsible for profit and loss (P&L) oversight. Conduct monthly leadership training with District Managers and Account Managers. Maintain long-term customer relationships and strategic partnership to generate new business opportunities and maintain current business. Negotiate annual collective bargaining agreements. As necessary, engage with the National Labor Relations Board, Labor Board, Occupational Safe and Health Administration (OSHA), and SEIU – UHW Union Associates. Instituted policies to improve union communication and employee relationship management. Conduct human resources investigations, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with corporate policy. Recruit and hire management staff.
