Daily Duties at Vanguard:
As an Institutional Sales Analyst, I partnered with two External Sales Executive to strategically manage Vanguard’s Southeast Institutional territory, where I uncovered growth opportunities, illustrated the value in the pursuit of these opportunities and successfully formed relationships with 401(k), 403(b) and Defined Benefits stakeholders that oversaw $20 million - $100 million in assets. In this role I consulted with the Sales Executives, plan sponsors, consultants and financial advisors, telling stories via slide decks and power point presentations about the investment and recordkeeping risk, cost, as well as potential rewards, in in a “plain talk” manner.
