Daily Duties at American Equipment:
• Process and maintain employee paperwork and files of all employees • Answer multi-line phone, and direct calls • Input and maintain all employee timesheets via company payroll program • Process all accounts payable/receivable, and outbound/inbound shipments • Dispatch repair and maintenance service for heavy machinery, scales and buildings • Responsible for the input and processing of files downloaded from scanner for inventory maintenance. • Communicate daily with corporate office on ;vendors, shipments and payroll
