Enhanced organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments; develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals; leveraged extensive industry networks in the Huntsville business community to identify new clients and invigorate business development. Served as the “Voice and Face of the Customer” for ICRC/VSE. Key Accomplishments:  Tactically aligned corporate offerings with clients’ business needs, deftly growing the client base while expanding the communications strategy.  Engaged regional public and private sector executives to establish partnerships between key organizations and internal VSE Corporation departments.  Developed Teaming Agreements with clients and executed Non-Disclosure Agreements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations of new business partnerships.  Directed cross-functional teams of corporate business capture, contract administration, and teaming personnel to energize the lifecycle development of proposals.  Interfaced with clients and key internal stakeholders to identify and frame new business opportunities.  Participated in local professional and community organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Society of Military Engineers, Huntsville Aerospace Marketing Association, Dothan Alabama Aviation Economic Committee, and Marshall Prime Contractor Supplier Council, effectively initiating and developing key business relationships.  Represented VSE in trade shows, conferences, and seminars, continually assimilating information pertaining to market changes and new and proposed legislation affecting future proposal interests.  Worked directly with the VSE VP of Veterans Outreach to capitalize on business opportunities in Dothan, AL.
