Directed implementation of customized software products, Lightning II Site Readiness Review Execution Tool (LSET) and Action Item Tracker (AIT) for operational site standup providing F-35, Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program critical information. Key Accomplishments:  Agile product roadmap & solution design  ASI single POC for sustainment and customer interface of the LSET/AIT Databases  ASI team leader and interface between customers, software developers and quality software analyst. There are over 50 (Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s), about 300 users plus services (Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force) and partner nations  Facilitated and coordinated customer meetings, obtained requirements, ensured positive customer support/relations for internal configuration teams and end users  Applied guidelines set within NAVAIR/Department of Defense standards for CAC/PKI/ECA application  Focal point for Change Requests, Deficiency Reports and acted as the call/information desk  Managed cross functional teams to ensure uniformity of developer workflow
