Daily Duties at Premier Analysis:
Build and disseminate communications strategies in support of the Director of DLA Installation Support. Coordinate and integrate approved communication plan comprised of key messages, tools and feedback mechanisms. Key Accomplishments: Define framework for action via Concept of Operations document and Strategic Communications document Expertly identify “voice of customer” internal/external customers and stakeholders Bolster branding of Installation Support through social media engagement and strategic online presence Upgrade and optimize DLA website/Installation Support Intranet website/Installation Support Portal website Website Integration across 18 DS directorates, internal software teams and developers Continuously refine communications plan via identification and mitigation of pain points
