Sole practice including serving as general counsel to Plenitude Group, LLC of Amherst, New Hampshire, creating for-profit and non-profit entities to handle patented technology and administer royalties for remediation of global sites of energy production and environmental degradation; directed initial phases of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative working with non-profits to coordinate state-wide support of legislation, represented the Oxbow Initiative opposing the proposed Canterbury Landfill site on the Merrimack River in New Hampshire.
