Day to day project coordination of activities (coordinator, expeditor, inspector, document control, and Data Book Inspector) base on delivery criticality in conjunction with the procurement departments supporing BP Projects (Atlantis Legacy, Thunder Horse legacy, Thunder Horse Water Injection, Thunder Horse South Expansion, and Mad Dog Phase 2), Exxon Projects (Kizomba Satellites, Subsea Technology 31, Julia, and MEEGI Trees), Chevron Projects (Tahiti II and Jack & St Malo) Provide interface between suppliers and the project teams to ensure all parts and documentation requriements ata are speicified in the purchase order are delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule (documents included signed PO acknowledgements, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication and drawings). Developed and modified an expeding plan based on the criticalit ratings of the parts in relation to the project schedule. Had the ability to control and coordinate expediting data to challenge as required and appropriate action to remedy unacceptable situations at the lowest level (slowly go up the chain until the issue is resolved) also complete NDE witness and weld start up inspections
