Designed, implemented and managed the consumer product Citi@work a massive acquisition strategy through a payroll service to corporations, also managed Citibusiness a selling Channel for small and medium businesses. Managed a group of 5 business development managers for Citi@work and 1 banker for Citibusiness. Developed the market strategy, including marketing, sales, distribution and operations. Accountable for sales results, project and budget management. Successfully launched Citi@work in 3 mayor customers (Motorola, The Coca Cola Company and Schlumberger) top executives from managers up tier. +300 People acquired in 6 Month. Designed and developed with technology a tool to open massively accounts and pre-approved credit lines in advance to new Customers. Coached and developed business development managers, 1 now occupy executive position in the bank.
