Led the supply chain for Venezuela office for a 350 M US$.in revenues a year that contributed with 50% of LAN Region and 70% of Profit for LATAM. Implemented S&OP Process and reduced +35 M US$ of Inventory in Mobile devices and Improved Forecast Accuracy from 55% to 92% in One Year. Implemented a Direct Shipment to Customers avoiding Distributor Fee with 20 M US$ in Cost Avoidance in One Year. Co-managed commercial relationship of Telefonica de Venezuela accountable for 10 M US$ in Sales in one Quarter for this account. Implemented weekly governance meetings with all areas to keep track of the execution and performance of the forecast. From 0% to 95% forecast accuracy (MAPE) in spear parts procurement to support after sales area.
