Managed finance for a 350 M US$ a year in revenue for Both Countries for Venezuela and Colombia. Two Bottlers and one Co-Packer. Coached coordinators to promote them to managers. Accountable for Capex and Marketing spending and all financial process control. Provided cross-functional analytical and thought leadership for performance, financial forecasting, and strategic decision support during AOP processes.
