Met and exceeded all goals in sales categories. Achieved 100% goals in all sales categories • Recognized for compliance internal audit scores over 98% • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and management of personnel • Created training program to “upsell” products for bankers and tellers which resulted in significant increase in branch sales, profitability and bonuses and resulted in ranking improvement. • Responsible for budgeting, planning and branch P&L management • Responsible for compliance with all state and Federal regulations and bank policies and procedures
