Daily Duties at Adecco:
• Superstar rated (top 5% of all branches) “Selling Branch Manager” for a company branch in Dallas/Ft. Worth Market. Accountable for documenting sales activity into Sales Force. • Responsible for providing stellar customer service and improving scorecard performance for several major national accounts resulting in elevation from Tier 2 provider to Tier 1 status and with more opportunity for business which resulted in an increase of 13% in business. • Ranked in the top 5% of over 5500 branches. • Responsible for including customized training to ensure maximum performance • Responsible for hiring, training and development of branch personnel. • Consistently increased market share, branch sales and profitability. • Over a 3 year period increased sales an average of 157% • In addition to my management responsibilities, also ran a full recruiting process for all staffing requests to include job postings, advertising, screening resumes, interviewing, scheduling, and on boarding and retention. • Increased key customer branch staff including customized training to ensure maximum performance • Provided retention strategies by encouraging full employee engagement and developing career development opportunities • Managed branch’s workers’ compensation and unemployment claims to minimize the Branch’s exposure and resulting expenses. Working directly with medical providers and managed service provider to keep direct costs to a minimum. • Completed planning and budgeting, full P & L responsibility for the past 3 years.
