Senior Market Lead for MasTec overseeing operations in OR, WA, Northern ID, and AK. Directing Market Operations, a team of PMs, Ops Mgr., CMs, Office, Warehouse and Self Perform Field Installation crews – Tower and Radio Techs. Customer and Vendor management. Oversee and Direct Team on project priorities. Responsible to meet or exceed the Production, Financial, Quality, and Safety objectives in line with the Corporate Goals. Provide Financial, Management, HR and Technical support where needed. Oversee Feasibility Study, Site Acquisition, Microwave Installation and Ethernet integration projects for client in the Market. Generating an average of over $1.2 million in Revenue per month and a Bottom line average of 7% since 2013.
