Daily Duties at Waypoint Consulting:
Developed an extensive new customer base for my client while maintaining relationships with existing customers in a direct sales, business to business environment. Exceeded sales quotas and personal goals on a monthly basis, have been repeatedly recognized in internal publications for performing in the top 10% of over 600 sales representatives. Led a team of sales people, broadening personal leadership skills while motivating and educating my team to hit their personal and professional goals in a high pressure sales environment. Volunteered to move as part of an expansion team from Waypoint Consulting to establish a new branch office in Dallas, TX. Grew and strengthened the new office in Dallas as a sustainable and profitable branch through the hiring and training of new account managers and interns.
What they like about Waypoint Consulting:
Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
