Recovery Manager/Senior Supervisory • Responsible for a wide range of operational oversight functions of a call center. Regulated and monitored the compliance of the FDCPA, (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act). Managed various client portfolios and products. • Drive monthly revenue goals established by client product • Train, supervise and directed up to 150 A/R’s, (account representatives) • Handled various accounting duties, settlement negotiations, collections, payroll and account receivables • Oversee client performance and A/R (account representative) development • Prepared and delivered performance reviews, performance action plans, promotions and demotions • Coordinate and handled a monthly incentive to ensure maximum performance • Analyzed and resolved day-to-day administrative, employee, and client issues. • Plan and coordinate annual employee appreciation events
