Daily Duties at Alliance Auto Auction:

Hired and managed all vendors. Temp drivers, Transportation companies, Towing companies, Facility maintenance companies, Landscaping companies, Snow removal companies. Responsible for transporting on average of 50 vehicles a day to and from the auction. Responsible for hiring/firing all employees. Responsible for the efficient operations of the sale. Making sure that the auction runs smooth each and every week by constantly training employees. I call it constant gentle pressure.
