To represent the Mail Handlers Benefit Plan (or other Insurance Clients as assigned) to the callers), ensure adjudication of benefits, respond to correspondence, telephone calls, walk ins, and balance division books for Division Director monthly. Also act as QA,QC, and foreign corr desk, and work with legal department on inquiries per their request.
