Daily Duties at Lean Engineering Consulting, Ltd:
• Assist the President and VP of the company by answering phones, typing/creating proposals and letters, following up on contract scheduling, searching GSA listings, checking and replying to email, keeping their schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing meetings, preparing invoices, sending out reports and submittals, downloading information from websites, following up on Accounts Payable and Receivable, sorting mail, copying, faxing, and filing.
