Daily Duties at Comprehensive Technologies International, Inc.:
• Act as liaison between Contracts/Operations, Security, HR and Accounting. • Act as Contact for Contract Managers and Agents in need of Translation services. • Give consultants new assignments and send them home when projects end. • Coordinate travel arrangements for TDY personnel. • Train new HQ personnel on SharePoint Portal, scanner, copier, fax, and postage machine. • Administrate all Unanet timesheets and download information to Deltek, sort and send out all payroll and expense checks, update project information, correct labor categories and pay codes, collect all travel receipts and expense reports. • Reconcile subcontractor invoices for payment, provide codes for all Accounts Payable documents, enter contract task numbers into Deltek, enter A/P vouchers, verify payment, check all A/R invoices for accuracy and attach all pertinent back-up. • Obtain and verify Government security clearances for personnel, maintain JPAS profiles for personnel, maintain security database, finger-print new applicants and co-ordinate paperwork accuracy.
