Retained as an Advisor, Creative Director & Project Manager consulting new and small businesses during their first phase of the company life cycle. • Oversaw all contract negotiations and client relationships. • Development of business plans that included: e-commerce, financial, marketing and public relations strategies for all clients. • Designed all media platforms & templates for client marketing materials. • Responsibilities include creating efficient teams so as to maximize results with limited capital and resources. As per investment plan to coincide with first two phases of business plan.
