Daily Duties at Integriguard :
Ms. Osgood assisted in producing and developing the Fraud Waste and Abuse Prescription Drug Summit Conference, and provided input into the Booz Allen Hamilton Chapter 9 of the Medicare Program Integrity Manual on Part D. Participated in Rx Success Summit Conference. Additionally, she was a principal writer of the Prescription Drug Vulnerability Study. She assisted on bids and proposals by providing business case studies, financial analysis, and competitive analysis. She assisted with the capture of the Medicare Qualified Independent Contractor umbrella contract, PDDC-TAP contract – tasks 1 through 26, and Special Study 20. She provided competitive, financial, bidding, and conflict of interest analysis. Ms. Osgood assured compliance to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and made recommendations regarding teaming with business partners. She provided analysis of the MMA, BIPA, HIPAA, MMA final rules for Prescription Drug legislation, and other federal policies and regulations. She managed the capture of the Medicare Florida Benefit Integrity Contract, and the Medicare Program Safeguard Contract renewal contract. She assisted with Medicare Prescription Drug Integrity Contractor (MEDIC) umbrella, Eligibility and Enrollment- MEDIC- national program and with the Region 5 MEDIC. She assisted Lumetra (Quality Improvement Organization with capture of 8th Scope of Work (8s0W) and other contracts. She advised upper level management on HIPAA and MMA developments and compliance issues. Assistance includes analysis of business requirements, top down analysis of Medicare Budget for 05/06
