Daily Duties at Apptis:
As the HHS Program Manager for the Apptis Health Care Sector, Ms Osgood provided analysis of business partner credentials, program direction. She co-wrote key proposal documents, including the business and technical proposals for the small business ESD effort. She participated in the strategic objectives of the sector, made recommendations, and assured health care policy compliance and quality assurance compliance. She provided technical details, assured non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements were in place, and assured adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Ms Osgood made recommendations for bidding, and kept upper level management informed regarding changes in Federal, State, and Local policies and regulations. She provided competitive position analysis and advised executive management regarding risk assurance. In addition she assessed technical details of various proposals and provided contract management when required. Among my other accomplishments at Apptis, She helped bring in sub-contractors, and appropriate consultants, attended conferences and provided in house guidance in capturing major projects
